Walmart

They don’t answer the phone. I called at multiple different hours of the day and no department answered. I’m very annoyed because I’m trying to purchase a specific item and I need to know if they have it. I’m not driving from Stockton to Modesto on a maybe.

Was asked if I wanted a bag, said no , was not given a bag yet was charged for a bag. Than I was told I would have to wait in the customer service line to get my money back. To add insult to injury absolutely none of the extensions from operator to HR are answering the phone at the moment as I would have liked to waste the managers time explaining this since my time was wasted standing in the customer service line. I am not a fan of attempting to be ripped off no matter how little the amount

It's getting harder and harder to purchase products at Walmart. There is NOBODY in the personal care section for the last 20 min. I just need razors. This is lame. Not looking like I'm getting batteries any time soon either. Went back to try and find someone to unlock the razors and finally found a guy, he mumbler something In Arabic and I haven't seen him since. Is it supposed to be unbelievably madening , is S🫨

I love this place. I shop here atleast 3x's a week. This store has electric carts for the handicapped and it has plenty of handicap parking also. There is online ordering and pick up at store here too. As well as money orders, walmart to walmart money transfers and money grams. You can get mostly everything you need here at this Walmart and the employees are so helpful. Always a pleasure to shop at Plaza Parkway Walmart in Modesto
